This video project uses storytelling in a quick, one-minute video. It was created to show the story of a college student that learns how to use an online calendar and mobile reminders to be successful in college. Using one-minute videos helps convey a quick, and strategic message to students in an easily comprehendable minute.

The website incorporates various forms of media in the learning environment. In this particular project, college students learn how to be successful by learning about and implementing different study and organizational techniques. Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and other instructional design software packages were used in the development of this project.

This instructional design project uses the Dick & Carey model to design instruction. It was created in Articulate's Rise 360 web aplication with the combination of learner and SME interviews. This training was created to fill a gap in knowledge and application for peer mentors providing feedback on admissions essays to other students.

Online Structured Program

Created in Summer 2020 at UCF and funded by What's Next grant.

This online structured program was funded by UCF to enhance integrative learning experiences for students. I wrote a grant and received funds to employ student assistants who aided in the creation of assignments for an online structured program. In this particular program, students are guided by peer mentors to choose assignments that would best help them prepare for graduate school applications. The structured program was created in Canvas with the help of SME input and student assistance.
