What am I teaching?

All students in the district will follow the same lesson plans created by Osceola County School District.  The ICP will mirror the curriculum plan initially established in the beginning of the year.  Students who do not have access to online instruction will be issued a printed packet mirroring the same instruction. Teachers are expected use the district provided materials to ensure all students are getting the same level of education.

  • Office Hours - Teachers must have 3 hours per day of available office hours for students and parent. Teachers must also touchbase with each student 2 times per week.
  • Video Lessons  - Video lessons must be recorded and uploaded for studets who  cannot attend to view later.  Teachers must use a district approved website to commuicate with students.

Updates from the district

This just in: The State advised local school districts to extend the school closures through May 1, 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. While we certainly miss our students, their safety, and the health of our community, remains of critical importance. All events through May 1 have been canceled at this time, but there are no changes to graduation as of yet. Our digital learning plans are now being enacted, and we will continue to support our students, families, and teachers on this new learning journey. #LearningNeverStopsinSDOC
