The Systematic Design of Instruction

This textbook was used in EME6613 - Instructional System Design to complete discussions, assignments and projects. The book covers a systems-based approach to instructional design, emphasizing goal setting, learner analysis, and iterative revision. It helped me understand the essential need for Instructioal Design in all areas.

Writing HTML

  • This page provided great walkthroughs of basic HTML tags, page structure, and linking. I used it as a reference when building my web shell, especially for organizing content, creating navigation links, and ensuring that my pages were clean and readable in the browser.

Learn the Lingo Like a Pro

  • This was one of my favorite resources because it helped me better understand my design decisions while working on my projects. When I considered changing colors, fonts, or layout structure, I referred back to this page to understand the reasoning behind what would or would not work. Even if something looked good to me, it pushed me to think about how others might experience my design.
