Once you have conducted a proper needs analysis, you are ready to present options to your client. Now it is time to putthe information you've gathered during the needs analysis into play. Remember: selling is not telling; selling is listening. If your client told you they hate black cars, do not offer them a black car as an option. Conversely, if they said their favorite color is blue, include an option in blue. |
